Recently Bangladesh has been a signatory to Cape Town
convention and thus submitted all relevant underlying
forms duly signed towards the completion of its
ratification. This entitles the Government to waive the
requirement from additional guarantee by way of
registering all relevant rights chronologically in the
aircraft registers under the Cape Town Convention.

of Airlines:
Doulah & Doulah has been working for different airlines
in Bangladesh with respect to their incorporation and
day to day operation Clients include Etihad Airways,
Gulf Air, Air Arabia etc.
Finance in Best Air Aviation Ltd.:
Doulah & Doulah has conducted all relevant due diligence
over Best Air Aviation Ltd. for Al Aqeeq Aviation
followed by complete negotiation for Al Aqeeq. The firm
also drafted all relevant investment documentation and
shareholders agreements with respect to a US$3million
investment in the target company. The firm also
completed all documentations and formalities for a
US$1million debt investment in Best Aviation Ltd.
Lease Finance:
So far the firm assisted General Electric Capital in
completing lease finance of two McDowell Aircraft, one
DC aircraft and one Boeing in GMG Airlines. The firm
assisted General Electric Capital in completing lease
finance of two Boeing Aircraft in Biman Bangladesh
Airlines. The firm assisted International Lease Finance
Corporation in completing lease finance of one Aircraft
in GMG Airlines. The firm assisted Ansett Worldwide
Aviation Services in completing lease finance of one
Aircraft in GMG Airlines. The firm just completed a
transaction for Air Atlanta Icelandic for a wet lease of
one Boeing Aircraft to Biman Bangladesh Airlines. The
firm is working for Aircastle Advisor (international)
Ltd. in completing lease finance of a number of
Aircrafts to a local operator in Bangladesh.
