advised POSCO in construction of thermal power plants in

industry construction contracts for clients like BTP
Plastic Factory, Pong Hou Indstrial Ltd. etc.

Chittagong Port - New Mooring Container Terminal:
The firm worked for International Container Terminal
Services in its New Mooring Container Terminal (Supply,
Operate & Transfer) Project with Chittagong Port
Authority on the underlying project finance and SPV
structure aspects of the project
Cox’s Bazaar Airport Modernization:
The firm has been working for Kuanta in its Cox’s Bazaar
Airport Modernization Project with Civil Aviation
Authority of Bangladesh on the underlying project
finance and SPV structure aspects of the project
Hyatt Regency International Hotel:
The firm has been working for Hyatt in its world class
international hotel project in Bangladesh. Once
completed, the hotel would be the largest hotel in
Bangladesh.
Chittagong Urea Fertilizer Limited:
The firm worked in the project financing of Chittagong
Urea Fertilizer Ltd. for the IDA credit granted by World
Bank in the construction of the plant.
Sylhet Pulp & Paper Mills:
The firm worked in the project financing and SPV
structure of Sylhet Pulp & Paper Mills on behalf of the
awarded contractors Arel Ingenierie
